Fundraising Events


St. Edward Church  supports our entities in their efforts to raise funds within a framework of fairness and fiscal responsibility. Each entity (for example: Home and School, Booster Club, Girl Scouts, Cheerleaders, Youth Group, etc.) are entitled to no more than two fundraisers during one fiscal year. This policy must be followed when any entity, clubs or activities plan to raise money on behalf of the church or school or any of its affiliated programs.

All fundraising must be approved through the Development Office using the form below.

Plans/ideas must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the beginning of the event/campaign.   Groups can expect a response within 2 business days of submission. The Development Office will contact you by email of your approval. You may not reserve space with the church or school office for your fundraiser until it has been reviewed by Development.

Solicitation of businesses or benefactors to be patrons or sponsors is limited to major fundraisers benefiting the church or school as a whole and must be approved through the Development Office.

All fundraising activities must not be in conflict with the mission of both our Church and School and the teachings of the Catholic Church.

Groups must meet with the business office for instructions on financial accounting and responsibilities for your fundraising event.
