        A little bit about me...

      My name is Jill Ellis and I grew up in Santa Claus, IN where I spent many summers working at Holiday World! I graduated from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN in 1987 with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education. My teaching experience includes positions at Sacred Heart School and Overbrook School.  I am beginning my 4th year at St. Edward.  My husband, Tom and I have three daughters, Laura, Emily and Caroline.  I enjoy running, reading, family and friends, Father Ryan volleyball and Notre Dame football. (Go Irish!)

    I am very happy to be teaching 6th Grade at St. Edward School.  I feel truly blessed to share my days with your children.  My goal this year is to be CHRIST centered in all that we do.  I will strive to help your child grow not only academically but spiritually as well.  Children are gifts from God and I thank you for sharing your precious "gifts" with me this year.
