Mrs. Natcher's Class

March 8^th – 12th

Costumes for the Three Piggy Opera need to be at school on Monday, March 8^th. Our class is performing the opera on March 11^th at 2:00 for the school and then at 6:30 that night. During the week as we practice we want to practice with costumes. After our afternoon performance we will send home the costumes so your child can come dressed ready to go when they return to school that night.

March 11^th at 6:15 your child needs to be dressed in their costume and meet me in the gym. Our performance begins at 6:30. While the other kindergarten class performs their opera we will sit together as a class while the parents sit in the audience.

Don’t forget your camera, it should be a great program!

Everyone is invited!

In Religion we are continuing to work in our Stations of the Cross book.

In Math we are reviewing telling time, recognizing coins and counting money.

In Phonics we are continuing to sound out words.

We are reading Dr. Seuss books and writing about them.

Important notes:

When coming into church late, please direct your child to go around the back of the church to our seats.

Practice tying shoes.

March 24th is Father Breen's 75th birthday. We are asking every child to bring in 75 cents to give to the collection that day. Put it in an envelope marked with your child's name and we will begin collecting it in our room.

Our Art teacher, Mrs. Ball, is having an Art Show later in the year. She needs some thin boxes or shoe box lids to display the art work. If you have any, please send them to school.

We are having a Box Top collection contest to see which grade can win an extra Easter Egg Hunt.
