     I am so excited to be your teacher for the 2011-2012 school year.  This is my sixth year to teach at St. Edward School.  I love this school so much!  It is a great place to work and to learn.  St. Edward has been my parish since I was a little girl.  I made my First Communion and Confirmation here.  Prior to working here, I taught 4th grade at St. Joseph School.  I believe that my job is not just a career, but a vocation.  God calls all of us to do great things with our life and He has called me to teach the future leaders.  I can't think of anything I would rather do!

    I have been married to my husband, Brian, for 9  years. We are blessed to have two little girls.   Our oldest  daughter, Katie,  will be seven  years old in September and will begin 2nd grade this year here at SES.  Our second little girl, Sophie, will be four year old   in October.   I enjoy spending time with my family.  I have 2 nieces and 4 nephews.  Three of them attend SES as well.  I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelors degree in Elementary Education.  I am certified to teach K-8.  I look forward to spending a year with you and embarking on a journey of learning
