June 6: “God is…in the moment”

As we gather each weekend for Mass we experience the holy, the sacred, the presence of God. Yet in the other six days, we too often miss how our God is present and real in every moment of our lives. Together let us open our eyes, our minds, and our hearts to come to know and experience God in the ordinary everyday moments.

June 13: St John Paul the Great’s gift to the World: Theology of the Body for….. Everybody 
Dinner: Hamburgers and sides prepared by the Knights of Columbus
Speaker: Mary Pat Payne Local Educator and TOB Certification Candidate for the TOB Institute. Learn about these talks given by Pope John Paul during his Wednesday audiences in St. Peter’s Square.  In the talks, he shares how the human body can reveal God.

June 20: Sacramentals: 
Dinner: Chicken and sides prepared by the Ladies Auxiliary Speaker: Joan Watson Director of Faith Formation in the Nashville Diocese Learn about sacramentals, what they are, how they are used in the church and why they are not superstitious.

June 27: The Rosary and the Blessed Mother
Speaker: Sister Mary Michael Aquinas College Center of Evangelization Rediscover the power and beauty of the Rosary with Sister Mary Michael from the Aquinas College Center of Evangelization.  This talk will give techniques on how to pray the Rosary without distractions.



There will be fun faith filled activities for children ages 4 and up during the talks.  ALL children must be registered AHEAD of time to participate!
